Up today: Genies and Magic lamps
Apparently in comic book world, there are magic lamps and bottles lying around all over the place. Practically anyone can find one and then have at their disposal a magic genie who can grant them their every want and wish. Sounds pretty good huh?
But there's always a catch. In comic book world it also seems that anyone, including outstanding heroes like Superman and Batman, can be stuck up inside a magic lamp and then made to obey the whim of whoever holds the lamp. Sounds like a perfect way for parents to get their children to do their chores.
Son to Mom: "NO! I am NOT going to clean my room today."
Mom to Son: "I am sorry to hear you say that, Son. Now be quiet and get into the bottle. You have work to do!"
